Over the course of 2.5 hours, we’ll move through a series of practices designed to support this seasonal transition.

Our retreat will include:

  • A grounding arrival meditation

  • A slow, breath-led spring yoga flow

  • Deep restorative rest

  • Guided journaling + seasonal reflection

  • A nature-based meditation practice

  • Closing integration
