This is a slow, supportive virtual retreat designed for the onset of spring.

After the quiet of winter, the earth begins to shift again.

During our time together, we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of renewal — without pressure to change or force growth.

It’s a place to reconnect with yourself and the season unfolding around you.

WHY SPRING

Spring is often treated as a time for immediate action and productivity.

But in nature, growth begins quietly.

Seeds soften before they sprout.

This retreat is designed to honor that slower unfolding.

Together we’ll explore practices that support:

Over the course of 2.5 hours, we’ll move through a series of practices designed to support this seasonal transition.

Our retreat will include:
