Yoga + Sound Bath in the Mountains
On May 24th we will gather for a nourishing afternoon of Movement & Sound Under the Trees!
2:00pm - 5:00pm
Enjoy a scenic drive up the mountain into the pine forest! A very short walk from your car to the yoga location where we will flow through a beginner-friendly yoga practice followed by a magical Sound Bath Meditation under the trees!
You can leave right after class, or you can stick around for a complementary local treat around the campfire and enjoy the post-yoga vibes with a group of rad humans.
Sound like your kind of Sunday?
We invite you to join us!
**Please note: There will be no bathroom facilities available. “Backcountry” bathroom practices only.
This one is going to be so rejuvenating! I can’t wait to see you out there!
Let me know if you have any questions: kye@outthereyoga.com
